For 500 grams (1 pound/ half kg):
Whatever is required-
1. Eggs = 2
2. Sugar = 50 grams.
3. Half of vanilla essence = 1/2 tsp.
4. Half of butter essence 1/2 teaspoon (optional).
5. Flour = 40 grams.
6. Cornflower = 10 grams.
7. Baking powder = 1/2 teaspoon.
8. Vel 10 m l.
9. Cake Mold = 6"
To make sugar syrup:
1. Water/Milk – 200 ml.
2. Sugar - 60 grams.
3. Bake in pre-heated oven 3 for 20-25 minutes at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cake Decorations: (Accounts for 1 pound cake).
1) Whipped cream (180-300) grams.
2) Milk powder (give 1/2 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon of milk powder for 100 grams of whipped cream / there is no problem if milk powder is less or more).
Prepared System:
1. Sift all the dry ingredients first and keep aside.
2. Beat eggs and sugar in a dry bowl at medium speed to make meringue.
3. Don't pour the sugar completely and give it little by little.
4. Beat meringue with vanilla essence + butter essence for 5 seconds on medium speed.
5. Now sift the dry ingredients 2/3 times and mix it slowly with a spatula using the folding method. Remember not to over mix. Then the egg foam will decrease.
6. Take a spatula card with all the alternative oils. Do not mix too vigorously after the oil.
7. Pour the batter into the mold and tap it 2/3 times. More taptip cake goes.
8. Using a cake tester, rotate the batter and remove the bubbles in the cake. Then bake.
