Visa service provider “VFS Global” has launched artificial intelligence (AI) technology chatbots in 141 countries to provide faster service to UK visa applicants. Bangladesh is also among these 141 countries.
Through this technology, the AI chatbot can convey the necessary information through voice messages by inputting various UK visa-related questions through voice commands and messages. As a result, various visa-related services will be available easily.
The chatbot will be active 24 hours a day throughout the week. As a result, customers will get answers to their queries at any time.
VFS Global announced this information in a press release on Wednesday (February 26).
A generative AI-powered chatbot has recently been launched to improve services for travelers in the UK, according to a press release. The AI chatbot uses advanced generative AI technology to deliver accurate and relevant information instantly in a human-like conversational fashion. The chatbot was developed by VFS Global's AI team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Zubin Karkaria, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VFS Global said in the release, “Technology and innovation have always been at the core of VFS Global's operations. We are delighted to introduce this AI-based solution, which will further improve the visa application process for travelers to the UK. We are developing various AI and digital technology enabled products to further improve visa and consular services for our client governments and customers.”
According to VFS Global, the AI chatbot is primarily based on data obtained from the respective VFS Global country-to-UK websites. The chatbot ensures privacy and security of customer information as it is connected to VFS Global's secure network.
